Eat veggies – Most of the people who are used to eating a lot of meat say that they can never survive eating vegetables alone. Yes, it’s true that veggies, for the most instances, cannot make you feel full. But when you got used to eating these food, your system will also adjust and the next thing you know, bowl of greens with dressing can make you full in an instant.
